Most people work in their underwear, BUT you do not have to
Structural work needs the body visible and accessible, so underwear is the usual choice. Shorts and a singlet or crop top, or activewear, are also common and perfectly workable. You are draped throughout and you undress in privacy. Wear whatever lets you relax.
There is no set course to sign up to
Some people come once, some for a short series, some occasionally. What happens next is decided from what your structure presents, not from a fixed program.
Reception is not onsite every day
Monday and Tuesday have reception at the ground floor. On Friday, I'll be waiting for you at the door.
The treatment room is up a flight of stairs
The practice room is on the first floor and the building has no lift. Call before booking if stairs are difficult for you.
Changing or cancelling
Appointments can be changed or cancelled from the link in your confirmation email. Please give at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged the full session fee of $160.
The hour is held for you and cannot be offered to anyone else at that notice.If something comes up inside that window, call 0400 001 477 rather than emailing, since the phone is checked between sessions.
