FOR EXISTING CLIENTS
ONLINE 1-on-1 consultations incorporate detailed Posture and Movement Assessment Protocols, alongside self treatment strategies and techniques that can be done at home.
Sessions will guide participants through all necessary movements and releases within the consultation. You can also take advantage of follow up sessions to consolidate what you are already working with to further develop and unpack how to best work on your own.
Sessions will incorporate:
– Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) techniques: where possible.
– Simple body-weight movements, for strengthening weakened areas; and
– Mobility activities.
These ‘remote’ sessions will allow you to enjoy continuity through a guided self treatment process to sustain you during the coming months.

- Foam Roller
- Any one of: Resistance Band, Belt, or Towel
- Mobility Ball
